Returns & Exchanges Policy

We're so hoping you fall in love with Bolts & Blooms but if by any chance things don't work out you can return your full price items for a full refund or credit store. 

Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached in their original packaging and returned within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. We can provide a flat rate pre-paid shipping label for $5 that will be deduct when we process your refund.

Bolts & Blooms will not take responsibility for returns without prior notification.

We will do our best to refund your item on the same day the return package is delivered. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to land back in your account. Refund will be made in the form of credit to the original method of payment used for your purchase.

Exchanges

Due to the limited quantities of our products and to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, please RETURN your items for a refund and place a new order. 

Damages & Defects

If you have received a defective item you MUST contact us at info@boltsandblooms.com with your order number & a photo of the flaw within 5 days of receipt.  Damaged and defective merchandise issues will only be considered on unworn, unwashed and tags attached.
